Christina Henggeler, LAPC
Therapist
I enjoy working with people experiencing a variety of concerns such as anxiety and stress,
depression, self-esteem and motivation issues, “adulting”, boundary setting, perfectionism, adjusting to life’s transitions, and grief and loss. I have worked with individuals, groups, and families in inpatient hospital settings, college counseling settings, and in private practice.
I offer a combination of an empathetic ear and life skills and tools for focus, effective
communication, life direction, and mental health struggles. Each treatment plan is unique to you and focuses on your goals.
I am a native of the West Georgia area and received my Bachelor degree from the University of
Alabama, a Master’s degree from UGA, and a 2nd Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling from Valdosta State University.
Counseling looks different for everyone, and it is my goal to walk alongside you – to heal and grow
and to discover who you are and your unique purpose. Together we will develop goals for growth
and self-acceptance, all leading to a healthier and happier you.
