Our Team
Licensed Experts in Mental Health Therapy
Our team of licensed mental health professionals are experts in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship counseling. They provide care to adolescents ages 12-17 and adults. They employ a range of therapeutic techniques to provide personalized, evidence-based care in a safe and supportive environment. All of our therapists are committed to working with clients from every race, background, culture, religion, and are LGBTQIA+ affirming.

Meg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from The University of New England. She works with adolescents (12+) to adults and specializes in trauma, identity and gender issues, boundaries, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, racial and religious trauma.

She/Her/Hers
Essence is a Licensed Professional Counselor and received her Master of Art degree from Argosy University. She provides individual counseling to adolescents (15+) to adults and to couples. She specializes in depression, anxiety, infidelity and boundary issues within relationships, trauma, and parenting issues. Essence also provides DBT parent counseling.
